In the foothills of the Himalayas in the beautiful town of Pokhara in Nepal, we are here to guide you on your yogic journey. Whether it is a yoga tour through the himalayas, a detox retreat or a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course - our mission is to spread our love and fascination for the art of yoga.
Our yoga programs are focusing on aligning and calming your body, mind and spirit - at the same time building up your strength, flexibility and mental focus. Asana practice (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and yoga nidra make up the heart of our yoga classes.
