Through yoga, we can find great harmony within ourselves, in our relationships and in the way we react to different situations in life. Through yoga, we will find our true nature. Yoga is for everyone and will help us to live a conscious life. Yoga develops self-confidence, greater awareness and empathy. Through yoga, you will know to love yourself, serve yourself and through that, serve and express your love to others.
In the foothills of the Himalayas in the beautiful town of Pokhara in Nepal, I am here to guide you on your yogic journey. Whether it is a yoga tour through the himalayas, a detox retreat or a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course - my mission is to spread my love and fascination for the art of yoga.
My yoga classes are focusing on aligning and calming your body, mind and spirit - at the same time building up your strength, flexibility and mental focus. Asana practice (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and yoga nidra make up the heart of my yoga classes.

Practice with me
Study foundational knowledge on yoga in the lap of the Himalayas in our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses. Graduates of this course receive a certification recognized by Yoga Alliance.
